Does the closing process have to be done in person?

The closing process does not have to be in person. We can have all documents signed and the process completed through email.

How long does it take to close?

The closing process varies depending on the location of the lot. It could be as low as 14 days or up to 90 days.

How long will it take to receive my funds?

The funds will be sent out no later than the closing date detailed in the purchase agreement.

How will I receive my funds?

The finds will be sent by wire transfer or check by mail, depending on which is best for you.

Why should I sell my Lot?

If you do not have plans to build on the lot its best to sell. This way you are not paying unnecessary taxes or money for  maintenance.
